William Dumbreck Jnr., was born 2nd November 1777 and married Ann Carlaw in Linlithgow on the 17th February 1799 and had 7 children. The only child who continued the line was James Dumbreck born 4th September 1808.

Ann died on the 18th January 1815 at the age of 36 and is buried at St Michaels Church, Linlithgow.
